Qataries are the laziest people i have ever met in Qatar. They got key positions in all the big institutions so whenever you going with a complaint involving another qatari, he/she wont bother much helping you. What a respectful bank or big company would call a canditate and beg to come for an interview?! They have all the rights in the world, without moving their asses a bit. All they know is speeding, swearing, BBM and chasing women.
