This is 2years work visa and you must arrive to qatar before 6months or else the visa will expire. After proessing your Residence permit on arrival you can go out and come in as you want with your company providing you exit permit. You may change your proffession too check MOI or ministry of labour for details. Sure u change employer(banned applies).
