Further it should be attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar. Even for RP Renewal, Government is asking to produce the attested Degree Certificate of the employee at the time of submission to post office or at the Immigration for those having professional visas like Engineer, Manager or Doctor. Remember In the visa if the visa type is mentioned as "Professional" no need for certificate attestation. This is same as Technician / Clerical / administrative visa.. 2- Certificate attestation for getting a Family Visa in Qatar - For this, your marriage certificate is required to be attested at the Qatar Embassy in India and Children's birth certificate can be attested at the Indian Embassy in Qatar. Further these certificates are required to be attested at the ministry of foreign affairs in Qatar. hope, its clear.
