All Friends ..i know the salary depends up on the person's working std and experience etc., but i want to know if there is a company giving better salary more than my current company, and i want to try there .... dude i don't believe the salary depends up on the personality it's only depends up how you handle the job perfectly and u must need a sensible employer/manager .... LOL.!
