What if all the companies decided to apply indefinite contract to all their employees? So that means they need to work for 5 years on that company... If the employee decided to resign and cancel his/her visa because of that indefinite contract, how long it will take before he/she can come back to Qatar? it has been mentioned that the labor ban has been abolished, so does it means he/she can come back immediately to Qatar as long as he/she is having ready visa or employer? Please confirm and make it clear to us... Thanks
