In Saudi Arabia, multiple exit re-entry can be availed but then to my knowledge, most company do not allow it except to western expats, other nationalities, you have to haggle for it. Although I have a multiple exit re-entry when I was in the KSA. In Qatar, I am sure in Qatar, this is being applied too. It all boils down to the company and the management, if they will allow it.
