Locally hire means my visa was issued by the Ist employer and i joind 2nd employer with the employment transfer so in this case 2nd employer have the right or no. i have 3rd employer job but my 2nd employer is not giving me NOC. some one told me go to CID/immegration and they will issue the NOC. Is it right
