I once complained my experience on their costumer service thru calling 111, complaining on why no Outcall when I paid my bills, it took me 6 calls that totally connected (and maybe 20+ more didn't push thru) with each call more than 15mins and 1 call for more than 40 mins for each is the same complain, and 1 was even blaming me and my phone for the problem, and took them 3days to resolve. Don't expect anything from their Costumer service CHAMPION. Better complain to ICT,
