Not sure about your title if allowed...usually Engineers, Doctors, Managers are the visa allowed for visa on arrival...furthermore, you need a minimum of 6 months visa validity...in your case, even if your title is valid, you will not be allowed entry coz your visa is due to expire in less than 6 months.
