Nice article, there is no mention of the reasons behind rent increases. Why is that? and why is the rent going up continuously, is for world cup? If so, would rent decrease after world cup? Value of land can be also determined by how much foreign money is poured into the property market. Do you know any big foreign investors throwing money in Qatar property market? I wonder!?!?
