It's not illegal at all. Evolution is only a theory and is taught in schools via the science subject. Although for Muslims like me, and I think for most people as well, we just learn it for the sake of learning. We don't believe in it and I personally find it funny. Bottom line is, it is merely a theory taught in schools so there's nothing illegal about it.
