Dear Sam999 my wife Visa was applied by our company Business Relation Officer. So I don't know much about the application process. However I provided him following documents.
1. Passport copies of mine and wife
2.Salary certificate in Arabic
3. My terminal degree attested copy
4. Copy of Resident Card
5. Copy of Visa
6. Attested marriage certificate
