I have one doubt. How an international DL can be issued for countries which have right hand driving system without proper test or training. It's a ton of difference in driving left & right hand system.
With this right hand drive, busy traffic, different rules & standard, anyone can't simply go to India and start driving. If the existing system is like this, it needs to be amended.
I hope officials feels the necessity of the same very soon.
