Yes, you would need to visit Passports and Expatriates Affairs office and pay 500 for each reissuance or revalidation of visa. My colleague had this situation when his wife arrived later than 6 months.

Perhaps if the documents are needed then it would be your Salary letter and NOC + housing letter from Company and photocopies of passports and QIDs.
