Yes Michelle, there's an indefinite ban on Lebanese passport holders. Hotels are even unable to get them tourist visas, employers are unable to get them work visas and even family visit visas are being rejected (many ladies I know went back to Lebanon recently to give birth because they couldn't even get their moms visas to Qatar)
