The baladiya office is in front of the city center mall. The building name is Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning. The only accept applicants every Wednesday. You have to be there before 9AM. Bring all your documents (attested by MOFA). Then, they will tell you to go to 9th floor. If you don't have a Police Clearance (Qatar) yet, they will give you a endorsement letter. You will take this letter together with your country Police Clearance (also attested by MOFA) to the CID in Salwa road to secure a Police Clearance.
