Yes my colleague "Amanat Khan" from Pakistan performed Hajj in 2013 from Qatar. There were 02 options at that time; By Bus and By Aeroplane. By Bus it costed him 12-13,000 QR while it was around 18-20K by Aeroplane at that time. It was 12 days package by bus and he went through Doha Umrah & Hajj services. May Allah bless you.
