U will need an attested University degree by ur ministry of foreign affairs.carry it to Qatar chamber of commerce it will be stamped and proceed to a translation center where it will be translated to Arabic.Hand it to ur PRO who will prepare Contract letter stating ur salary and all.He will then carry to ministry of labour for endorsement if its approved he will then carry it to the Immigration for stamping and new ID.it takes some time u need to exercise the virtue called "Patience" especially as we are approaching the Ramadan period.Best of Luck.
