Here's the Deal. Technically.. As long as you are working somewhere, you are not allowed to work for anyone else or be involved in something of your own. Unless it is mentioned in your contract that you can. But you are allowed to be a (silent) partner in a firm - meaning that you have nothing to do with its operations. this is the law. U
nofficially if you can handle both without your employer finding out, thats another thing. Thats a decision you need to make.
