look up Express Authentication , If I recall correctly their web address is www.expressauthenticaion.com. US based company.....reach out to them via phone or e-mail. They will ask you to send them a soft copy of your degree and they will get the degree authenticated from the State Department as well as the Qatari Embassy in DC. Once authentication is complete.... they will mail it back to you. The process took approximately 2 weeks and will run you almost 300 USD.
