However, the way firing was done was kind of in decent. the senior stuffs who served the company for over 15 years, in just 5 mins of handing over the termination letter, they were escorted to move out of office security area to send them home. There could be ups and downs in companies and everyone have to leave one day or another. However, the person who served the company for 15 years at least deserves some respected farewell or good words. May be that is the professional approach but i felt sorry for the people when I heard about it.
