Dear Hydqat, Though retirement meant for Employee to decide to quit his work and enjoy his rest of life with family and for himself things have been changed and now it is vise versa.

Perhaps my opinion is everyone should retire from their work and fulfill their commitments by 50s and wait for Retirement day. Else the youngsters will not get an opportunity.
