Yes you can overclock it sure to a minimal, are you using Static pressure Fans?, if yes then that will help a lot, if not then you need to increase the speed of those 2 fans to the max in order to achieve the best results but... it'll make your fans noisy. If it was me, I'd remove the water cooling setup and use it on another build as you say its your hobby and sell the current one on stock fans and everything (If, it was me). Try out petg, I heard its better but stains with colored dyes (no proof to that yet). I'm staying with flexi tubing for now, no need to drain if I need to change the CPU.
