WT - in terms of living on the Pearl? No complaints from me or Mrs Deleerious but the gym will be a nitemare. It's a big gym... but not that big. Maybe give it 3 months after opening for the johnny come latelys to subside.
Some use the gym at the Ritz Carlton, which I can imagine isn't cheap!
