I was 92 kg around six months ago and became 78 Kg. All I did is fasting twice a week, No sugar on beverages, No beverage at all from shop, Reduce meat, More vegetables.

Morning quite a good diet, after noon and night reduced food.

In the night, going for a walk, usually after the Dinner.

Did not spent any extra money on this, Obviously it's your body and you know what you need to do to reduce wait.

One more thing I follow is, Not necessarily following others mistake. In work not talking about them or following them what they do.

Not giving tension to others and not having tension for me as well.

Because I believe as long as you are closer to your faith, the creator is responsible for your rizk (Food). But you need to work.
