As you know in the hotel industry what you take all is for you.

In the sense, usually hotels provide food, transport, laundry, uniform, visa, medical (depend), Lodging, and air ticket up and down as applicable.

I agree that the hotel salary may looks low at a glance, but some time you will entitle for yearly Bonus etc.,

I am not sure about the salary scale in a five star hotel. Since your position is Reservation Agent, I think the salary may fit in.

Hotel industry is all about continues growth. Usually career minded hoteliers at the binging stage, may not hassle much about salary.

It's my personal opinion only. (I am a hotelier as well)
