My comment :
If the above scenario is the case, the real estate owners or any business owner for that matter just can wait calmly till the things come to their hands. So no need to worry. Stay calm, one day people will come to the door step again as usual asking housing & properties. Then the property owners can lease and escape till the next renewal date. What a strategy.
On the other hand if the above situation to happen, the Government will be playing a major role in Dumping massive funds like few years ago. Let’s wait and see. In Sha Allah.
