Father and mother have valid RP and baby was born in Qatar with birth certificate from Hammad but baby left country before RP now i want to process his rp by taking him back on visit visa and applying the normal process (submission of parents QID, marriage certificate and birth certificate of baby) of getting RP for new born in Qatar can i do that
