Hi! Your PRO should be processing this. However, the process is not that complicated. Once you finish your medical exam, you should receive an SMS that you can now visit the Immigration and register your biometric fingerprint. Once that is completed, wait for several days (3-5 business days) and you will again receive an SMS that your QID is ready.
