i have faced the same problem few days back but now my visa is approved. actually they give same feedback for name on my application when i went to rayyan municipality and after discussed with captain he said put name with father name then you will complete all 5 blocks. for e.g. if applicants name with two words and father name is with three words or less then put in continuous if father name is having more than 3 words then no need to put father name.
so try this procedure insha allah your application will be approve.
