You will be allowed to exit Qatar, yes, However if you are returning on a new PP or after the validity of the PP matures you need to check now with the immigration or airline or your PRO, as your QID has your PP number and it will not match. I suppose carrying the old PP will help , but I am not an authority on this, check with the airlines or your PRO
