I had a very bad experience with Nissan Service Centre, Industrial Area.

It has been noticed that all the Service Advisors are cooperative. However the issue is with the Warranty Department.

I had given my vehicle at Service Centre on 29 Jun 2019 with unusual noise from the front part of car. The vehicle was inspected and found that the statement given by me is correct during the road test. Later it was revealed that there is a minor crack in the front right suspension. Even though the vehicle was under warranty, the warranty Department didn’t agree to change the part since the warranty is finishing on 17th July. I approached Warranty Manager Mr. Venkat on 1st July when the vehicle was being handed over without changing the part. His behaviour was very rude. He didn’t wanted to help and mentioned to me that I can raise complaint.

Such experience from the main service Centre was not expected.

My vehicle was kept for 4 days in the service centre without any use.
