QAR 800 for labourers QAR 1200 for Drivers.
So any other profession will have these two as reference.
It is upto company to set for other professions...but not to be lower than these two.

There is no such rule that company must provide allowance. The company can employ just on salary without allowance. However if the company provide allowance then entitlements due to the employee as a gratuity or end-of-service benefit or compensation for disability or death, or as salary for his normal or sick leaves, shall be calculated as basic salary plus allowance, if any.
