Hi all the best solution I have found is that there are alot of great videos on youtube now to help you develop and scan your own film. It was difficult to find a place to get the chemicals from but I found a great website that sells and ships to Qatar, I have used them twice already. It is only $20 which is well worth it as you can develop over 20 rolls of film using this. I have done it so many times and the results are amazing.
