It is surprising your company is not responding to calls from the Labour Office. I suggest you also report the matter to the National Human Rights Committee. Possibly (repeat possibly), they may help you out. But try meeting the "Mudeer" at the Labour Office and tell him about your situation. He may then call your company people and ask them to come to the hearing. From what I know, if a company does not attend a Labour Court hearing, the case goes against it.
