I went there just once and left without filing a case. As such I am not very sure. But you may be needing an Arabic speaker at the time of hearing of the case as the entire process will be conducted in Arabic.
When I was there several years back, there used to be a Sudanese lady with a typewriter (yes, a typewriter!) present who prepared the documents for filing the case. She spoke some English and I guess she charged QR 15 for her service. I believe the document she prepared (only a single page) would suffice for lodging a case. Over the years things may have changed though. You can seek help or guidance from other people present in the court who may be in a similar situation like you.
