There is just no way to my knowledge by which you can get the insides of headlights polished. You may be aware that car headlights are also sometimes referred to as "sealed beams". The headlights are therefore completely sealed and as such there is no way by which one can get to the interior side. If your headlights still appear hazy or yellowish after they have been buffed on the outside, suggest you replace them with new ones.
