She loves to give "philosophical views" on queries, loves to misguide people, make false promises, give false hopes etc., and this has been going on for several years now.
The situation under which you were terminated is not normal. The coronavirus pandemic has affected companies the world over and not just Qatar. You people at Qatar Airways are not the only sufferers. In my country daily wage earners have been badly affected. Think of them how they are managing to survive. Many airlines are going through a very difficult phase nowadays with some of them may even close down permanently. In such situations, all companies take steps to save the company from collapsing. Qatar Airway is no different.
Just keep you head and spirits up. Hope and pray for the best.
