But because you have a complicated case, i would suggest you call ADLSA directly to get accurate answers to your questions. You can try to call them at 4028 8888 or use their e-services for labour complaints.

As per the bank, they always have standard procedures but there can be some exemptions. Im not sure if this can help but try speaking to the bank manager and see if they can do something about it.
