Hi. Today I found out that you required to get the resignation letter stamped and signed by your current employer to get the approval of the job change from the Ministry which is similar to NOC. Therefore no more freely job change movement inside Qatar unless there are issues with salary payments delays or you are been terminated. But you can change by going back to your country and return to another company.
