Hello ! Can I apply for Qatar PCC through Metrash without Indian PCC? Booked appointment in Indian embassy for India PCC but it's long waiting list. Just want to save time if I can go ahead with Qatar PCC through metrash while waiting for India PCC. Please let me know. Thanks !!!
