Hi, Yesterday i went to Garaffa Immigration and i met the Captain there, Since yesterday on my Metrash2 i can see there is a Visa number showing with a validity of Visa,

But when i go for printing section to print it still shows Under process with Visa number and Visa Expiry Date, please advise what is this situation, any one knows what to do next. thank you
