I have signed a contract of two years at Qatar visa centre in India and I have a one month of Probation period but as I came here, my health is not in a good state and moreover I feel I can't work further as I have been to clinic many times they change so many rules like , now they are telling me if I don't have patients to treat I can't get salary, before they said no need of Prometric license now they are asking me to write like that and more over its affecting my mental health. after Eid I ll be joining and I have one month probation and many told me if my contract is still active and I don't like the job or my health is at risk, I can give notice of one month and can leave. Is that true. Please guide me. Even in labour laws also it was mentioned one can leave the job if we don't like even though contract is active. please
