I am also one of those who got cheated by them. They even mentioned that they are approved by Ministry of Commerce and Industry. They were here during the time of Covid but travelling was itself a challenge because of covid restrictions almost everywhere in the world so most of us didn't travel. I called them before the world cup for hotel reservation in Doha, they said they can comply with the request after the WC only, due to hotel unavailability issue and huge prices during the WC and can only reserve the hotel after the WC and now they are vanished. We can arrange a day to visit CID or file a police complain against them and any possible effort which can ensure to get back our hard-earned money.
