Ha! Ha! In Qatar, except for reputed organizations such as banks, airlines, ,hospitals etc. a delay in salary for couple of months, is nothing unusual. Some years back the government introduced the Wage Protection rule which initially shook many of the crooks and employees benefited, but I know of companies that fearlessly flouted the rules.
While I don't know anything about this company, from the name it appears to be company managed by Keralites. As such, if you are from Kerala, you can sleep through your job. Otherwise the Keralites will make it hell for you in their company.
