when my 1 year work visa expires am I free from my sponsor if so do I have to leave and return or can I just extend it and find new work/ sponsor for 90 days ???
very confused on changing rules
and may not get an NOC because I wont stay with my old sponsor

thanks for the reply .. i have heard that being banned varies from 6 months to 5 yrs .. difference being if the contract with your sponsor was drawn up in english and arabic then submitted . this did not happen in my case .if im trying to stay here can i extend my 1 year work visa without my sponsor as he is not happy i will not stay in his company ..is there a difference between a NOC and a letter of objection?

also can i get my own exit permit from police and banks etc.???/

According to current laws even if your visa/contract is over , you either have to get a release from your current sponsor or other wise leave the country .. in which case you are banned from reentering for a period of 2 years!!
