As per my personal experience the ban period is still 2 yrs coz one of the guy joined our company after 19 months that he had left the country and from his last employer.. now he need NOC from that company to issue his RP in our company sponsorship.. its the thing happened by this week only....pls don't pass any wrong information through which somebody can be suffered ... rich people can adjust anyhow but it may cost poor very much and so badly.

If you're under your husband's sponsorship you're free to move jobs and companies - with no ban.
If they are husbands sponsorship, there is no Ban period, she can anytime join any job.
