about Ban on RP
My existing company was takeover by another company. I don't want to continue with the new company. When i requested for NOC they said they cannot give. if there is no NOC and i was completed my contract period then is there any BAN on me. If there is BAN, How can i lift it. Please help me.
BAN ON RP CANNOT MAKE VOID BUT YOU CAN LIFT IT BY NOC FROM YOUR SPONSER, DONT MISUNDERSTANT BY (NOC AND RELEASE)
1) NOC, NO OBJECTION CIRTIFICATE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER
2) RELEASE, RELEASING YOU FROM THE SPONSERSHIP OF VVISA FROM ONE SPONSER TO ANOTHER
WITH NOC YOU CAN GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY AND COME BACK IMMEDIATELY
WITH RELEASE PAPER YOU CAN ENTER TO ANOTHER SPONSER STAYING IN QATAR
BOTH THIS REQUIRED FOR CHANGING SPOSERSHIP IN QATAR
BUT ONLY NOC REQUIRE TO LIFT THE BAN AND ENTER TO ANOTHER SPONSER IMMEDIATELY AS A NEW COMER

If you do not have an NOC you cannot get another job in Doha and your company will have to send you home. You, yourself, can't do anything about this, sorry!
