Absence of Sponsors/Delaying Exit Permit

Hi i just wan't to know regarding exit permit and absence of sponsor. last day my mother in-law told me a story of one filipina maid. the filipina maid was caught by the police because of the expired RP or Visa. she was detained on CID department, and the CID department try to call her sponsor about her expired visa or ID, her sponsor told to the CID that i don't to that maid. she need to care for her life. sponsor said. then because of that. CID decided to bring the maid to deportation. and the judge ask the maid if what she want, GO HOME or STAY? that's the question given to the maid. (because the judge proved that the maid does't have any case and any complain from sponsor) the maid answered "i want to GO HOME"
and the judge said if you have relatives or friends will give you air ticket, they will need to bring also the exit permit.

The question is... the judge can't do a exit permit for her? because her sponsor are not appeared on first and second hearing. or she really need exit permit even if her visa was expired already?

Maybe. Just get her the ticket.

Is your mom in law also in the deportation center?

Yes as of my mother in-law, she's still in the deportation center. and she said to my mom in-law, the judge ask her what she want, go home or stay? she choose go home. then the judge said. if someone will give you ticket, it will include the exit permit. maybe she didn't understand the judge well for what he mean. i really want to see her, but my mom in-law told me that the boys are not allowed to enter where she is. only girls are allowed. is that true?

did the judge say exit permit needed to be given?

Why dont you just go and give the ticket?

For now she should be in the deportation center isnt it?

If she is there then no need of exit permit.

And how can you please your help to them? if you don't have any idea or assurance that he or she will have a chance to see their family

But how can we sure that she will really send back to her country as soon as possible? even without exit permit from her sponsor. did the government or judge will decide to let her go back to her mother country?

I really don't know what's the real story about her. the one i thing i was remember is when i was in the Philippines, and when that time my mother in-law was suffering on cancer. and while my mother in-law was in the hospital that filipina housemaid is the one who help my mother in-law. to cook for her, to wash the clothes for her. lets say she serve my mother in-law in almost two years without doubt. she's a very kind person. she serve without any pay. so that's why my mother in-law really want to help her. and i will let my mother in-law read our conversation here. so she will get any idea from all of you guys. thank you also for all of you

So, her sponsor will not provide her with an exit permit or a ticket? WTH? My sponsor is responsible for my visa (issuance/application and renewal) and for my exit permit, visa cancellation AND my ticket back to my home.

Why is this poor woman's sponsor not held to the accepted standard and Qatari law (at least as far as I understand it). The sponsor here seems to be able to wash his hands of her - why?

As I understand the law, the MoI can allow her to leave the country in the absence of her sponsor or her sponsor refusing to issue the permit in contravention of Qatari Law - or am I missing something here?

So it means if she have a ticket. she will have a chance not to stay in deportation for long time? because my mother in-law really want's to help her to send home.
