after the two years contract can i ask for release from the company?

please help me as my employer is really not good. i'm in thr company for one year and i cannot stand the way they treat employees, cancel is always their way if you have mistake or cut salary. wht is the best thing to do? we are afraid to complain because they will cancel us and maybe they will do bad things to us.

There is no such law which states that company has to give you NOC,Its upto the company to give it or not.
you can check with the menagment it's not compulsory to give you a NOC after 2 years. Good luck
